Azad R. Kareem received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and the M.S. degree from Al-Mustansiriah University, Iraq, in 1993 and 2000, respectively, and Ph.D degree in electronic engineering University of Technology, Iraq in 2006. He is currently working with the academic staff of the Control & Systems Eng. Dept. at the University of Technology .
