نبذة عن المختبر:
يستخدم هذا المختبر من قبل طلبة المرحلة الثالثة لفرعي السيطرة والميكاترونكس لتدريبهم على اساسيات التحكم بأنظمة التحكم الهوائية من خلال تجارب معدة لغرض التدريب بإستخدام الحاسـوب للتحقق من تصميم وعمل دوائر النـُـظم الهوائية وبإستخدام برنامج (Automation studio). كذلك يستخدم هذا المختبر لتدريب طلبة المرحلة الرابعة لفرعي السيطرة والميكاترونكس على أتـمتـة عمليات منظومات السيطرة الهوائية عمليا ونظرياً، فضلاً عن مادة الـ (Robotics) التي تعطى ضمن حصص التصاميم الهندسية. وإن أجهزة التدريب التي يتكون منها مختبر الميكاترونكس مجهزة بمعدات ومكونات متاحة في الاسواق و مستخدمة في المكائن والمعدات في الحياة العملية، مما يتيح للطالب المتدرب سلاسة الانتقال من التدريب العملي الى التطبيقات العملية. ان تصميم دوائر هوائية على هذه المشبهات مماثل لتصميم دوائر مستخدمة في التطبيقات العملية، ويمكن عن طريق هذه الأجهزة محاكاة وإيضاح كافة التطبيقات الاساسية المستخدمة لهذه الانظمة الهوائية، فالتجارب المعدة في هذا المختبر تغطي كافة جوانب التحكم الهوائي بالانظمة المفتوحة ابتداءاً من وحدات توليد الضغط ومروراً بصمامات التحكم بالضغط والتدفق والصمامات التوجيهية وحتى المحركات والاسطوانات. هذا وتـُعطى في المختبر الحصص بمجموع 11 ساعة أسبوعيا وبمعدل 15 طالب لكل حصة. |
رؤية واهداف المختبر:
ان يكون مختبر الميكاترونكس ضمن المختبرات المتميزة والرائدة في مختلف المنظومات الالكترونية. و اعداد كوادر هندسية قادرة على مواجهة مختلف المشاكل والمعوقات في حقل العمل وفي مجال الميكاترونكس. ويهدف الى :
تدريب الطلاب على أساسيات التحكم بالمنظومات الهوائية من خلال تجارب معدة لغرض التدريب بأستخدام الحاسوب للتحقق من تصميم وعمل دوائر النظم الهوائية بإستخدام برنامج AUTOMATIONSTUDIO)). ثم تنفيـــــذها عملياباستخدام (ELECTROPNEUMATIC CONTROL) و (PLC). كما ويهدف المختبر الى تدريب الطلاب على أتمتة عمليات منظومات السيطرة الهوائية عملياً ونظرياً على برنامج MATLAB SIMULINK))
